Rachael Ring graduated from Cal-Trade Welding School in Modesto, California. She is AWS Certified in 7018 stick welding, as well as MIG, Inner-shield and Dual-shield. After Hurricane Katrina, Rachael went to Louisiana to work at Trinity Marine Products, as a welder and fabricator on barges. Rachael's interest in metalworking began at age 18 while living in Brussels, Belgium where she was immersed in Victor Horta's Architecture. The flowing organic quality of Art Nouveau, as well as Gaudi's “Modernisme” movement in Barcelona, are both an inspiration and design influence for Rachael.
